Who we are

We are Phil Gacka (GD&T, Coordinate Metrology, Tolerance Simulation), Samuel Gacka (Vehicle Dynamics, Machine Learning, Databases) and Tom Gacka (FEA, Product Design, Control Systems). We have had accountability in design, simulation, data analysis, control systems, manufacturing planning & production launch in the automotive, aerospace, commercial product & motorsports markets. We seek to apply these broad & complimentary capabilities for our customer’s benefit through consulting and product development. We are geographically diverse – Pittsburgh & the San Francisco Bay Area in the USA and Thalwil, Switzerland. We are fluent in English, Italian, German and Japanese.
